Shipping & Returns




All orders are shipped via Fedex Ground, unless otherwise indicated. You will be emailed confirmation of shipping and tracking information. Our standard shipping is FedEx Ground this includes North America and International. All parts in stock are usually shipped within 48 Business Hours. Please allow 1-3 weeks for delivery on items that are out of stock. Please email us if you need a stock check. All parts available online are not always in stock. In the event there is a backorder of a part from the manufacturer you will be notified. Backordered parts will be shipped as soon as stock arrives. If a part has been backordered for over 30 days, or the item has been discontinued the backorder will be cancelled. In order to help minimize problems, please make sure the billing address and the ship to address on your credit card are matching. 

If you need to ship to a different address please contact us first for approval. Post Box orders will be shipped via U.S.P.S. (United States Postal Service).

If your item is shipped USPS Customers must email us after 48 Business Hours to Request Tracking


If you order a product with expedited shipping, it does not mean that in 3 days you will receive your part. It means that once the item is shipped, it is shipped via expedited 2 or 3 days shipping depending on what you selected. Please contact us ahead of time to see if you qualify and for rates

When you receive your order, be sure to inspect the packing list and the contents thoroughly. Contact SSAutoChrome Inc. on any discrepancies immediately upon receipt.

All pictures are stock photos. Items shipped might have a slight difference.


If you receive a damaged item contact the carrier used to ship the parcel. They will investigate and determine if a Damaged Item claim is to be issued. All items must be kept in the original box until it is picked up from the shipper.


Most orders placed Mon-Fri will be shipped within 48 hours.
Weekend and holiday orders will be processed on the next available business day.


We ship everywhere! Our international business is a strong component of our overall sales. We shipped to over 45 countries the past year alone and see this portion of our business to show continued growth for the future. For international shipping quotes please email (SSAUTOCHROME / XS-POWER) and provide us with a postal code, city and country as well as the goods you wish to purchase and we will provide you with a quote. We ship FedEx and USPS exclusively for its international reputation and reliability.


All sales are final. We will not provide refunds under any circumstances. We will be happy to exchange an item of equal value as long as you contact SSAutoChrome Inc. for pre-approval. Return shipping will be the sole responsibility of the customer, as will the cost to reship the exchanged item. Exchanges must be done within 30 days of your initial purchase. Any item(s) which have been installed, pre-installed, cut, or modified in any way will not be eligible for exchange.


SSAutoChrome to  be referred to  as SSAC in this information context and  XS-POWER  will warranty any failure due to manufacturer defects for 12 months after the purchase date. In the event that a turbo purchased directly from SSAC or XS-POWER which is not performing to manufacturer specifications, the turbo will have to be sent to  SSAC or  XS-POWER  for Warranty Inspection. The inspection process can take 4 - 6 weeks to complete. If the customer does not want to wait for Warranty Inspection to complete, the customer will be responsible for purchasing a replacement until the warranty review process is complete. Immediately upon receipt of the malfunctioning part and all proper documentation, the part will be sent out for Warranty Inspection to our supplier. After the part is received by our supplier we will wait to hear from them as to whether the item failed due to manufacturer defects or for other reasons. The most common reasons for a warranty claim to be rejected include, but are not limited to: oil pressure and/or feed lines with excess sludge or deposits in them (thus releasing deposits into the turbo and causing failure), oil pressure and/or feed lines that are plugged or partially plugged (thus restricting oil to or from the turbo causing failure), damage caused due to improper installation, poorly maintained engines that have oil sludge and deposits that get released into the new turbo. If the suspected defective turbo is determined to be truly defective by our manufacturer, the customer will be sent a replacement or refunded for the amount of the replacement purchased in advance as stated above. SSAC or XS-POWER is not responsible for any of the shipping and handling costs associated with the Warranty and Exchange process. SSAC or XS-POWER is not responsible for the labor costs associated with the install of these items or the labor costs associated with replacement of defective parts, regardless of the outcome of the Warranty Inspection. Our products are developed and intended for off-road racing. They may not be legal for use on public highways where pollution control laws apply. Some items may not be suitable for regular driving conditions and do not carry a DOT , SAE , OR C.A.R.B approval.

Due to the nature of the use of these products, no warranty is implied or given. The end-user is responsible for any misuse of these items.


If, for any reason, customer claims a Chargeback on their Credit Card for an item purchased from SSAutoChrome Inc. or XS-Power Inc and does not return the item(s) claimed in Chargeback, SSAutoChrome Inc. and XS-Power Inc. will seek law enforcement and legal assistance to retreive said item(s).
